- Installed, designed, and implemented the Dialysis Center Network, security system, cameras and water system.

The IT department worked directly with personnel of Healthy Hearts of Oklahoma Organization, by providing reports needed, it allows the White Eagle Health Center to provide better care for our patients by letting us know of high risk patients among other very beneficial patient reports and completed the program in October of this year.

The IT department and Procurement officer continue to gather serial numbers for inventory and maintain the inventory DB through WASP. The WASP (Inventory and Asset Control system) was created to build our database of Clinic owned property to prevent theft or loss of property.
- The implementation of Fiber Optic lines were started but placed on hold for the clinic due to unforeseen circumstances. The clinic is currently running on two T1 lines but working towards adding more bandwidth to accommodate for the new Dental system and GUI system used in Medical Records. Right now we are running solid now with no latency between our servers and end user workstations thus improving productivity from personnel.
- Required IHS employees to complete ISSA (Information Systems Security Awareness) training due to mandatory requirements to operate a computer on the IHS domain. (Employee completion percentage is at 55%)
Attended updated training online for FEHB (Federal Employee Health Benefits) in order to continually provide insurance for all Clinic employees. A monthly report is provided to accounting validating employee’s insurance plan and premiums. FEHB database is updated and maintained as employees are added and removed from current employee roster.
- IT team assisted our billing department in certification of all of the clinic providers, so that we can bill through Medicaid, thus enhancing revenue.

IT department continues to support the entire Ponca Tribe campus facilities by providing break fix solutions to all employees. Installation for the Ponca Library, Land Department move and The IT department upgraded and implemented new copiers and printers at the clinic. The Clinic then donated the old MFD’s to SDC and the grants department.
- MIP Training was completed for accounting software system implementation and assist with troubleshooting if needed.
- Implemented the Moonwalk GUI system in order for users to updated scheduling and new chart applications via network in the medical records department. The Medical Records Department and IT have worked together to ensure that all ID’s, CDIB’s, and insurance cards are scanned into the GUI system which enables us to render paper charts obsolete.
- Continuation with the providers on credentialing for Medicaid, MIP Software support, and working with Rainmaker Consultants to improve the billing department.
